How drunk do you have to be?

An earlier bog criticized the fratty side of town, specifically Flanigans, but crazies do have feet, although no common sense, and can go anywhere downtown. Take this jackass. He jumps on strangers, get the shit knocked out of him, the police actually come to his aid, and he spits blood in their faces and claims he has AIDS. He really needs some professional help. Should we blame it on the pressures of booze and classes. I doubt it. Stupidity like this can only be placed on the individual. There are people who really are sick out there that don't need another stigma. I hope his probation requires him to perform some serious community service with AIDS Athens or another similar group.
